The song 'I Still Miss You' is amazing. The chorus, describes my situation exactly. About 6 months ago, my grandpa passed away 3 weeks after being diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour. This song helps me get my feelings out about his passing because the songs ways what I haven't been able to say. "Let's Dance" is my favorite song on there, precisely because of the steady beat. For me, instead of becoming monotonous, it pumps my energy. Also, the lyrics are very straightforward and make sense to me. I can connect with them emotionally. "Ancient History" is one of my least favorite songs on the record. I can't relate to the lyrics, and the 'crunchy guitars and complementing vocals' actually turn me off. I guess to each his own. Personally, though, I love this album and would highly reccomend it to anyone who likes pop punk. The band really got creative and went out on a limb to get fans involved and i think it paid off! I have listened to the entire cd(unlike some people)and definetly love the songs! Ypu guys must be prejudice or something because this band knows how to rock and they proved it again in this cd! In case you haven't noticed all their songs seem to be "sugercoated"not just on this cd. Try listening to the whole cd before you completely write it off as a flunky! Having the messages hidden or whatever in the songs is kinda how they do it so get over it! I for one think the album is great! One little miracle is a good alt-rock song but the lyrics seem restricted and many messages in songs seem to be sugarcoated, they are a christian band but jason says "i dont want to live for someone else" sounding like hes denying god plus it sounds random and out of place when he says lets dance, like its only there so the song says its title but has no real significance.
