I had decided a while ago not to put a explanation of what each rating meant on the site, and leave it up to the individual. Everyone, for example, can figure out that a 1 out of 5 is not good, but some may consider a 3 out of 5 pretty decent (myself included) while others may think it’s a bad rating (60% technically). I hope that in the reviews I was able to justify the rating I gave it and will continue to make my opinion known one way or another but I don’t want to write an album off as strictly a number.
