Daily Rec: 10/25
Here is a prediction for everyone. I’m willing to bet that the new Fall Out Boy record will be catchy but ultimately very boring. I ALSO am willing to bet that half of the people reading this will say, “duh that’s not hard to guess”, and the second half will be offended.
Have you listened to Ruth’s new songs yet? The band’s name may lead you to believe it’s a single girl, but the truth is the rock band has a lot to offer and will impress you if you give them a chance to.

Maybe Fall Out Boy’s new album will be boring or perhaps it’ll be the album of the year for most people. From what I’ve heard so far it has a lot of variety in terms of instrumentals, clever lyrics, and some very catchy choruses. Boring music can still be good music just listen the majority of the Daily Recs. These bands aren’t exactly pumping out anthems for sporting events but acoustic folk rock can still have a place somewhere. so boring or not Folie a Deux with be purchased by me on December 16th.
