SXSW 2010 Panel Voting
The Album Project has suggested a panel for SXSW 2010 and we’d love it if you voted for it. The panel would cover the same idea I’ve been trying to hammer home through the different articles about digital distribution. The idea that labels and/or bands should be embracing the digital format by releasing albums as soon as they are finished with them.
You can see our panel suggestion here, as well as vote there for it.
Any help, either voting for or spreading the word, would be huge. Thanks so much.

Definitely agree. I voted. For example: Say Anything just delayed the new album for 3 weeks so it can be promoted more. All that does is give a bigger window for the leak to occur. There should at least be a digital release earlier.
