1 Liner: Freelance Whales – Weathervanes
Because of the humble hooks and additive melodies Freelance Whales have created an album so unexpected and so unbelievably good. Possibly one of the better records to come out in 2009 and for sure the best record that uses both a banjo and synth.

This is a great album. The vocals are soft, but not in an annoying way. The music is really catchy too.
