Despite some minor flaws, The Mirror Stage has created a very compelling album that dives into a slightly darker indie rock. ‘Ten Thousand Tongues’ uses some light electronic elements to enhance the sound which fits well with the unique fragmented singing style.

The Album Project has added a new static page called ‘Need To Know‘. This page is for unsigned artists that you need to know. The goal is that this will raise awarness for these bands/artists.
Despite the band’s name leading you to think it is just a solo artist, Vic Kingsley’s new album is nearly flawless. Rooted in ambient rock that includes all the traditional staples like graceful melodies and songs that ramp up in intensity as the tack nears completion.

The possiblities for post titles using the band name ‘We Shot The Moon’ are endless and even though probably getting old, bring a slight grin to my face each time. Nevertheless you can get the new album from the band, ‘Fear And Love’ for the cheap at iTunes ($5.99).

By the way, there are a lot of bands with the name ‘Walrus‘. The pop/power/punk one we are looking at today however seems to be the best of them all. Conveniently located in Chicago and also similar style to the victory band 1997 (female keyboardist and all).

With similar qualities to other major artists Keane, Snow Patrol and even Starsailor, Telograpgh is poised to make an impact when people finally catch on. The album is a mellow rockers dream complete with strong, deep vocals and ballad-esque songs.
