This fairly new indie/garage/pop band, Tokyo Police Club, is back with a new album, ‘Elephant Shell’. The songs are short and to the point, most coming in under 2 and a half minutes and the entire album under 30 minutes. The songs are subtle pop gems that shine and make the album as a whole a decent effort.
